RULES AND REGULATION

• To get tattooed you MUST BE 18, sign a release form and provide current State ID. All tattoo artist must verify age and have a signed release form before tattoo procedure.
• Inked Nation is a family oriented event, so leave your attitudes and ego's at the door. We want our event to be nothing but good times with great people.
• Absolutely NO FIGHTING or obnoxious behavior permitted. You will be either arrested or escorted off premises and band from event.
• There are NO REFUNDS on presale tickets, admissions, raffles or competitions. 
• Attendees must wear wristbands at all times. Never share wristbands, this will be cause for expulsion. Artist must wear the Vendor badge when entering or existing. 
• Inked Nation wristbands will be sold at door. Cash or Credit Card will be accepted. There will be a 3% fee for credit card. Lost wristbands at the convention are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• NO food or drinks on the tattoo artist tables, please respect the artist portfolios and don't spill your drinks on the artist properties.
• Kids 10 and under get in HALF PRICE. Minors must be accompanies by and adult at all times.   Infants must be carried or in strollers for safety reasons. 
• Inked Nation reserves the right to deny entrance to anyone we deem necessary.
• Inked Nation reserves the right for expulsion from the convention at any time or for any reason without refund. 
• Press Passes are available for TV & Radio stations. Newspaper and Industry Magazines only. No professional cameras allowed without Press Pass. 
• NO SOLICITING!
• Inked Nation DOES NOT allow any animals/pets inside the tattooing floor due to public health and safety concerns. 
• By entering Inked Nation Tattoo Convention you agree to be photographed, video tapes and recorded for any and all advertising and future Inked Nation media and publications.
